It is a Blufrankish, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon cuvée. It is a rich ruby-red coloured wine, where the fragrance comprises of cherry and sour cherry tones with some notes of black pepper and other spices. Its structure is highlighted mainly by medium acidity and solid tannic acid. The taste is in line with the fragrance, but spicy aromas slightly dominate, and berries are supporting in the background. This is a typical wine to consume immediately and not a bottle for storing, it is an excellent accompaniment to a Monday dinner.
It is an excellent companion for game and roast meat. Best served at 16-18°C.
