This ruby-red wine is typically fresh in nose, containing notes of sour cherry, cherry, plum and some spiciness. On the palate, it is a light and fresh red wine, and dynamic acids nicely highlight aromas of currant, sour cherry and blueberry. Indeed, spicy and toasty notes also contribute to the aromatics. Dynamic and vigorous red wine, which is worth drinking during a busy week as well.
It is an excellent companion for meals made from beef loin and sirloin. Best served at 16-18°C.
