The intensive fragrance of this ruby-red wine is characterised by fruity notes of sour cherry and raspberry, as well as captivating spiciness. On the palate, the first impression is based on vivid acids and tannic acid, and the base is provided by a light body and low alcohol content. Due to a relatively cooler weather at vintage, the sip is dominated by spicy notes, and the aftertaste leaves savoury black pepper traces on the tongue.
Recommended to beef-, wild -, stew-dishes. Serve chilled to 16-18°C
