The intensive fragrance of this ruby-red wine is characterised by notes of plum, blackberry, cherry, vanilla and nutmeg. Acid, tannic acid and alcohol content are proportionate to the medium body. Sip is enriched and rounded by a thick dark berry feeling. The long aftertaste leaves spicy and dark chocolate-like notes on the tongue. It is a serious, complex wine, where simultaneously appear specific aromas of fruitiness and barrel aging.
We recommend this with stews and wild dishes between 16-18°C
